MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES
Accurate and reliable measurement of physical quantities is a prerequisite for volumetric development and correct weight calculations. Although we have adequate technical and logistical resources to handle emergency situations, the bulk of our specific support activities are managed according to periodic, six-monthly or annual preventive inspection programs. The activity will be carried out according to well-defined reference standards, programs, checks, and calibrations, documented upon completion of the intervention. Having said this, the maintenance activity is divided into:

SCHEDULED
Scheduled maintenance requires an active maintenance contract. Checks can be performed annually or more frequently, depending on the specific needs of the system. Subscribing to a scheduled maintenance contract offers financial benefits and guarantees access to remote support services.
MAINTENANCE
CALL
On-call service does not require a contract, just a request for intervention from the user. It will be handled according to the availability of our technicians, in consultation with the customer.
